2. Casting & Audition Registrations
Registration or application for a casting opportunity does not guarantee:
- Selection for an audition
- Shortlisting
- Final casting
- Acting or modelling work
- Employment
- Participation in a film, web series, television serial, OTT project, advertisement, or other production
Any registration or service fee, where applicable, is charged for the applicable registration/service and does not represent a guarantee of selection.
Therefore, payment will generally not be refunded based on non-selection or failure to receive a casting opportunity.
3. Acting & Talent Development Workshops
Fees paid for acting workshops, talent-development programs, training sessions, seminars, or similar programs are generally non-refundable once the registration has been confirmed.
However, if a workshop or program is cancelled by Every Friday Telefilms Pvt. Ltd. and the Company does not provide an alternative date, participants may be eligible for a refund or alternative arrangement, as determined by the Company.
4. Rescheduling
If a participant is unable to attend a workshop, training program, audition, or scheduled session after registration, the Company may, at its discretion, allow the participant to transfer the booking to another available date.
Rescheduling is subject to:
- Availability
- Program-specific terms
- Advance notice
- Applicable administrative requirements
A rescheduling request does not automatically create a right to a refund.
5. Cancellation by the Company
If Every Friday Telefilms Pvt. Ltd. cancels a paid program, workshop, event, or service and does not provide a suitable alternative, the Company may provide:
- A full or partial refund, as applicable; or
- An alternative date/session; or
- Credit or adjustment toward another eligible service.
The applicable remedy will depend on the nature of the service and the circumstances of cancellation.
6. Cancellation by the Customer
If a customer or participant cancels after payment has been made, the payment may not be refundable unless otherwise specifically stated at the time of purchase.
Failure to attend a scheduled workshop, session, audition, event, or program without prior notice will generally be treated as a cancellation by the participant and will not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

- Failure to respond to communication within the required period.
- Submission of incomplete or incorrect information by the applicant.
- Violation of program rules or terms.
- Leaving a workshop or training program after it has started.
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements where the applicant was responsible for providing accurate information.
- Services that have already been substantially provided.
11. Digital Services and Content
Where a service involves digital content, online training, consultation, downloadable material, digital access, or other electronically delivered services, refunds may not be available once access has been provided or the service has commenced, except where required under applicable law or specifically stated otherwise.
12. Transfer of Registration
In certain cases, the Company may allow a registered participant to transfer their registration to another eligible person or future batch.
Such transfers are subject to prior approval and availability and are not automatically guaranteed.
